About the role

You'll run production equipment through your shift: loading materials, starting and monitoring the machine, making minor adjustments to keep output in spec, and recording counts and downtime. You'll do routine checks and basic cleaning at changeover, flag anything that sounds or looks wrong to maintenance, and keep your area safe and organized. The work is hands-on and steady, with clear targets for the shift.

What you'll bring

You're reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable on your feet around moving equipment for a full shift. Prior machine-operation experience helps, but a willingness to learn, follow procedures exactly, and speak up when something's off matters more.
