About the role

You'll keep production equipment running: troubleshooting breakdowns on conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and getting lines back up fast. You'll carry out preventive maintenance schedules, read hydraulic and mechanical drawings, perform precision alignment and bearing replacement, and fabricate or fit parts when needed. You'll log work in the maintenance system and flag recurring failures so root causes get fixed instead of patched.

What you'll bring

You bring millwright-level skills, calm systematic troubleshooting under production pressure, and respect for lockout and machine-guarding procedures. You're comfortable on rotating shifts and being on call, and you'd rather fix a failure's cause than reset the same fault weekly.
